Take advantage of all that the Ko-Kwel Wellness Center has to offer with our free Wellness Classes.
These classes are open to all Coquille Tribal members and their families, CIT employees and its entities, KWC patients, and Kilkich residents. Some classes are for participants 18 years and above, while Tai Chi is open to all ages.
These are drop-in classes for any fitness level.

A new 10- week session for beginners to learn basics. Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays from 10 am – 11 am at the Shishda Haws Fitness
The class is free, but you must pre-register and sign a waiver at the link provided.
